Abstract

The purpose of this degree work was to develop a computer system with data mining for the marketing of the gas distributor “DON PANCHO” IN THE RECIENTO Las Delicias, studying inefficient sales management as a problem since the entire sales process is carried out manually and results in data loss. The methodology used was quantitative-qualitative, the methods used for the execution of this Project were analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, the types of research that were applied were bibliographic and field. The sample consisted of 248 employees and the interview was directed to the administrator and the secretary. As a result, a deficiency was identified in the control of data managed by the administrator and secretary. The Project proposes to solve these difficulties through the implementation of the computer system with data mining. In summary, this work proposes innovative solutions.
