Sistematización Contable y Financiera para Mejorar la Dirección Administrativa de la Microempresa KINGCOPIERS de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, para el período 2024.

Abstract

Accounting systematization allows the entity to better control the administrative and accounting activities of microenterprises. Therefore, the objective is to design an Accounting and Financial Systematization to Improve the Administrative Management of the KINGCOPIERS Microenterprise in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, for the period 2024. To achieve this objective, inductive, deductive, historical-logical, and analytical methods were applied. Techniques such as interviews and questionnaires were used with the partners and the accounting assistant. Deficiencies in adequate internal controls and the lack of an efficient accounting system were identified, which limit strategic decision-making for administrative management. It is noted that decisions are handled empirically and that financial management is disorganized. In this context, the proposal seeks to design an accounting and financial system that allows the company to record income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in a structured manner that contributes to strategic and efficient decision-making.
