Abstract

The Comercial Mendoza is an establishment dedicated to the sale of stone materials for construction wholesale and retail in the canton of El Carmen, province of Manabí. This commercial has been working in this geographic area for several years, however, the processes have been carried out in a traditional way, that is, manually, which in the long run has caused problems, such as irregularities in sales, loss of valuable information, in this way the sales and billing processes become more time consuming generating dissatisfaction in customers, in addition to this, they do not have an inventory that allows them to know the exact amount of materials they have for sale. To carry out this investigation, it was useful to have an investigative, descriptive, analytical method with applied, field and bibliographic research to be able to carry out a key investigation, which made it easier for us to go to the theoretical information and also made use of surveys and interviews, which were applied to the staff of Comercial Mendoza, both the work and administrative staff. To develop the proposal, the Scrum methodology was used, which helped to carry out the work in an organized manner. In addition, it was possible to carry out the research planning in conjunction with the proposed program, carrying out the activities to be carried out with the start and end dates. The problem was studied and a solution was sought, developing a web system that allows inventory control of Comercial Mendoza, managing to store valuable information for the commercial, including customer data, product stock, purchase and sales records in an exact manner and significantly reducing the time it currently takes to carry out these processes. By developing and testing this system, it was noted that it has a great improvement in terms of time, thus meeting the needs and expectations of the commercial, demonstrating that the developed system was able to solve the commercial's problems.
