Abstract

This article analyzes the administrative management plans applied in micro, small and medium-sized companies as the main objective. In this context, administrative management is described by authors as the fundamental pillar of the economic development of any company, since it allows the correct operation and increases efficiency and effectiveness by taking advantage of the company's advantages to achieve its objectives. A qualitative and quantitative methodology was used with a descriptive-correlational scope, applying a survey to a sample of 52 entrepreneurs, the results of this survey showed important results, among them it can be highlighted that there is a lack of knowledge on the part of the enterprises to carry out and carry out an administrative management plan in an adequate way, It was also evident that some of the main challenges in accessing these software tools is the availability of technological and financial resources, although these challenges limit their growth, the entrepreneurs show a growing motivation to learn how to improve their management practices and are willing to receive training to obtain new skills.
