Análisis de la demanda restaurantera en el cantón Isabela de la provincia de Galápagos.

Abstract

The issue of restoration is considered a topic that drives and draws attention in the tourism sector; Thus, the analysis of the restaurant demand will facilitate the proposal of a gastronomic tourist circuit in the Isabela canton of the Galapagos Islands as an innovative product. With this, the information about the main typical dishes that are sold in the most recognized restaurants of the town is validated. It is made known and reported on the benefits of the viability of this project, thus obtaining after the bibliography a design of the proposal promoting the development of commercial activity. For this, methods such as: the non-probabilistic and the structured survey are applied. This will give us the key information to determine the demand that will later be analyzed and will conclude with recommendations inspired by the deficiency of the causes of the problem.
