Abstract

This research was conducted in the Human Talent Department of the Manta Fire Department during 2024. The study focused on analyzing the limitations and lack of knowledge in the use of management systems for strategic decision-making. The overall objective was to analyze the use of management systems as a key tool for transforming information into strategic decisions. The methodology applied was qualitative, using interviews to identify the current situation and the main challenges facing the department. The results demonstrated the need to implement technological tools, such as a Dashboard, to optimize operational processes and improve decision-making within the institution.
