dc.description.abstract | The problem of the lack of effective didactic strategies to teach youth literature in the students of the Ninth Basic Year, Paralelo ¨B¨, of the U.E. Juan Montalvo. The general objective of the work was to identify didactic strategies that favor the teaching of youth literature in the aforementioned students. In the Methodology, the way in which the study was carried out was described in detail, using a descriptive methodology and collecting data through surveys and interviews with teachers and students. The results showed that the teacher uses youth literature as a didactic strategy, although in a non-systematic way. Various strategies were identified, but difficulties were also found in the teaching process, which highlights the need for a more planned and participatory approach. The most relevant conclusion of the work lies in the importance of promoting the creative and interactive use of youth literature as an educational tool. The need for continuous teacher training is highlighted to improve pedagogical practices in this field, as well as the adoption of interdisciplinary approaches and the promotion of critical reading. This study contributes to the understanding of the didactic strategies used to teach youth literature in students of the Ninth Year of Basic Education. The results offer a solid foundation to improve educational practice in this field, benefiting the comprehensive development of students and promoting a more promising academic future. | es |
