El esquema Actancial de Greimas en la obra de Pedro Páramo, para potenciar el análisis literario.

Abstract

The present investigative work has evidenced the problem in the students with respect to the literary analysis. In this research, it is intended to promote literary analysis through Greimas' actantial scheme, to identify the roles assumed by the characters in any story or text. The qualitative research methodology was used, because the purpose of the study is to know a contextualized reality and in the data collection, the information was obtained through a test applied to the students and interviews with the teacher. The methods used are the bibliographic and analytical. Taking a total of 140 students as a Population, the Sample has been selected through the simple random stratified process with a total of 33 students from the first year of parallel “B” high school at the Juan Montalvo Educational Unit in the Manta canton. The techniques to collect the information were: the test and the interviews. The instruments used were: a test addressed to the students to know the degree of literary analysis that the apprentices have and an interview applied to the teacher, with questions directed to the literary analysis through the actantial scheme of Greimas. The findings found are the following: of 61%, 20 students, are in the degree of description of analysis called low. 39%, 13 students, can identify the main idea of a text and understand relationships.
