Estudio de viabilidad en creación de restaurante con inclusión de personas con discapacidad en Manta.

Abstract

The present study exhibits the results of research on the design of an enterprise whose objective is to generate opportunities for inclusion from a restaurant under service experience provided for people with disabilities in the city of Manta, in terms of accessibility, infrastructure, and attention received by diners. The study method applied is exploratory, with a descriptive methodology, among the information collection instruments, a review of the current status of the population with disabilities, as well as the organizations that support them, was carried out. The results show that greater value should be given to inclusion and that the personnel should be prepared and/or trained for the attention of people with disabilities and which are the elements so that these people can enjoy a full experience when they choose to eat outside the home.
