Propuesta de comunidad sostenible, resiliente y regenerativa en Liguiqui - san lorenzo: planteamiento de ecolodge como equipamiento de apoyo.

Abstract

The present research work is approached thanks to the initiative promoted through the academic inter-institutional cooperation link made between the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí and the Canadian Foundation South America Growth Project Foundation in December 2020, with the objective of contributing to the development of the communities surrounding the San Lorenzo cape of the Manta Canton. It is developed under the vision of the institution Dos Corrientes to be part of the fight to alleviate poverty through education, agriculture and leadership, specifically within the rural community of Ligüiqui; so the corpus of the research is associated with the analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals and models of territorial expansion and the dynamics of rural-urban relationship. For 1987, a concern about the common future, is what detonates in the composition of 17 objectives that manages to confirm the international responsibility in the search for common solutions, so that sustainable development is assumed worldwide as a guide for development policies. Based on this commitment, the research work is accompanied by an urban architectural proposal that together with design criteria and taking the community as the main element for the development processes, the preliminary project of an ecolodge is proposed as support equipment for sustainable communities.
