Propuesta arquitectónica de un corredor turístico entre las parroquias Ayacucho y Honorato Vásquez del cantón Santa Ana.

Abstract

The rural parishes of Ayacucho and Honorato Vásquez belonging to the Santa Ana canton, currently considered tourist territories, demand integration spaces for both their own and visitors. Thus we have that the present work directed towards the waste of the banks of the Portoviejo River for tourism purposes and the physical infrastructure that generates integration spaces must be priority issues that allow the tourism, economic and social growth of these territories. The main objective of this work is to observe the tourist situation of the Ayacucho and Honorato Vásquez parishes belonging to the Santa Ana Canton in order to subsequently propose integrating spaces along the banks of the Portoviejo River, and together with the other existing tourist attractions, to form a tourist corridor that allows the tourist and economic takeoff of these territories. After the collection of theoretical information, data collection continued through surveys, field visits and interviews with the agents involved in this process, all with the purpose of diagnosing and interpreting the results obtained and verifying whether the idea proposed It goes according to the theme. The main result was the lack of integrating spaces for locals and visitors, as well as the lack of basic services, deterioration of roads, etc. Therefore, it concludes with the development of an architectural proposal that provides a solution to each of the problems duly identified in the research process.
