Abstract

The present research work focuses on the Eloy Alfaro parish of the Manta canton, which throughout its existence has lacked a space in which commerce is carried out orderly and efficient. Which generates various spatial and social problems, for this reason, the intervention for a marketing space should be a priority for the authorities of the canton. Thanks to the field work carried out, the data obtained determined that the solution to the The problem was to present a proposal for urban-architectural design, consisting of a supplies for the area, aimed at improving people's living conditions and, in consequently, create quality workplaces. Improve the fitness of the urban environment and recover occupied public areas. To develop this degree project, an exploratory study was carried out, which gave quantitative in nature, so surveys were created that reflect results of great interest, importance and relevance to the proposal. The design of this project will bring various benefits, both economic and social, that They will also benefit the residents of all the neighborhoods of the parish and its surroundings; Besides, theoretical guidelines and guidelines were followed for the design of the proposal, thus regulating its structure according to the socioeconomic and environmental characteristics of the territory where it will be implemented, ensuring equal opportunities, growth and business development of the inhabitants of the parish.
