Abstract

The research is carried out through the deductive method, where clearly observes the inappropriate use and the progressive deterioration that the space and equipment of the viewpoint, until reaching a level where it can be find a feasible proposal to solve the existing problem reducing degradation, aimed at directly benefiting the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods such as palms and rose bushes, especially all to the tourists who come to the city and go to the viewpoint. Furthermore, we find as main results, in the study area There is little intervention by the authorities (GAD) for the recovery and potentialization of public space, on the other hand the high rate of climatic variation is a determined condition for the design process and the determination of materials to be used, the city having a large reception of tourists, it is important to enhance the spaces and implement new activities that tourists seek, where it can be concluded that the The city has several ecological reserves that can be used as Bombolí, where the viewpoint is located with very little urban furniture for its users.
