Abstract

This final degree work report with Proposal topic architectural design of recreation and commerce for the Citadel la Revancha of the Manta Canton is based on the field of action of architecture called architectural habitat projects and architectural theory, this research arises from the difficulty of access to community equipment that satisfies recreation and food supply needs, understanding topics such as dissatisfaction with recreational activities, limited supply of supply centers, the imbalance of the landscape urban and expenditure on excessive travel of the population. The insufficient provision of equipment and the lack of conservation of these public spaces has decreased the quality of collective life, in the degree work report proposes guidelines that present a evident improvement in the current conditions of the sector, with a architectural proposal that aims to address the situations that affect the living conditions of the population. The main objective of this research is to provide information to society about the degree of difficulty in accessing community equipment in the sector, in addition to serving as a basis for reference for future projects.
