Abstract

In a place in the beautiful Manabí province, an oasis is hidden surrounded by a landscape natural worthy of admiration. In this place people have intervened to inhabit it due to the benefits of living near the Poza Honda dam, which It supplies cities like Portoviejo and Manta. The communities located in the area have lived together sporadically throughout of the years representing in their homes the reflection of knowledge and information that they have had first-hand when building them, this has triggered a latent problem, the degradation of the natural landscape in the place, object of research in order to provide a viable alternative that contributes to the conservation and a healthy human habitat. The impact on the place may be due to the use of information, hich is not always fits optimally or necessarily, perhaps due to the social environment or the accumulation of activities that involve daily domestic life, resulting in environments increasingly monotonous. The interesting thing is that nowadays there is more scope of information to apply the ideal and build a society congruent with its environment. The formation of the human habitat (housing) and its components is proposed, evaluates the layout and the design line that breaks the current scheme and is affecting the conservation of this site; to provide in the most suitable an alternative that aligns with the natural structure of that environment without cause effects on this, it is possible to insert methodologies and systems perhaps little known but above all little applied in our environment to conceive the architectural building integrated into the environment at the host location by coupling bioclimatic principles in design and architecture.
