Propuesta arquitectónica de complejo turístico ecológico para la parroquia Ayacucho del cantón Santa Ana.

Abstract

According to the various problematic situations that have been evidenced in the Ayacucho parish of the Santa Ana canton, the fragmentation of the territory has been one of the main factors that has led to the appropriation inadequate tourism of the territories, producing new territorialities that negatively affect the urban activities of communities local; all this due to the few actions of the authorities competent, thus wasting countless natural resources that offers such an environment, this being an impediment to its free development as a parish. This problem has its origin from the impact of the transformations resulting from the dispersion of the territory, which has generated a depreciation of the possibilities that the territories have tourist. It is for this reason, and in such circumstances, the present investigation Its general objective is to identify the factors that affect the fragmentation of the territory of the Ayacucho parish of the Santa Ana canton. Based on the guidelines expressed in the investigative stage, proceeds to the elaboration of a proposal, which consists of a complex ecological tourism that enhances and promulgates the activities representative of the site. An adequate functional conception is proposed and formal at the project level, providing the place with communal facilities that allow facilitating leisure and recreation activities, generating spaces for high participation. It is vitally important to state that, in order to maintain the relationship with the natural environment that characterizes the parish, a corridor is proposed rural ecological with spaces for physical activities, leisure, social gatherings, rest, etc. Likewise, spaces for trees fruit trees and organic orchards, which can serve as generators of oxygen, thus contributing to the environment.
