Recuperación del espacio público en el centro urbano del cantón Rocafuerte.

Abstract

The research carried out was based on the analysis of the structure, the image and the existing urban space in the center of the Rocafuerte Canton of the Province of Manabí, in which it seeks to propose a proposal for the recovery of urban public space in the sector. This development was handled in three phases where a framework is developed reference of the investigation, in which it is intended to make known the main development concepts that the Canton has acquired, a phase of diagnosis for your investigation in which the respective analyzes are carried out between the relations of society and the Canton, and a third phase in the preparation of the proposal that seeks to solve or reduce the main existing problems in the city of Rocafuerte. In the study of the analysis it was decreed that one of the main factors that this problem contains in the public space, is given by the location of the market in the central area of ​​the Canton, with access inappropriate in its circulation, generating vehicular chaos and irregularities in commerce, for which the main objective is to identify those incidents that generate the deterioration of the urban public spaces of the Canton, to thus propose a solution to this problem. This contribution that will be given to the Rocafuerte Canton through this research will be reflected in their respective development, strengthening their tourism, its identity, its controlled development, and the recovery of space public that will lead to a better quality of life.
