La eficacia de la terapia ocupacional en los centros educativos regulares.

Abstract

Regular education is aimed at boys, girls, adolescents and young people that extends from initial education to the unified general high school. Therefore, the purpose of this systematic review is to address the issue of the effectiveness of occupational therapy in regular educational centers. The applied methodology was carried out using the PRISMA method for systematic reviews. The results obtained show that occupational therapy in the field of education is of great importance as it helps children and young people who suffer from a problem in their comprehensive development, causing limitations in the participation of their occupational performance. The occupational therapist will search together with the teacher for tools or strategies to address these problems, allowing minors to access educational inclusion. One ofthe most prominent figures in this field of occupational therapy is to improve the awareness and training of students and to ensure the complete development of children and the participation of young people is an important factor in the development of minors.
