Resumen : This research project is developed in three chapters, its objective is to analyze the evolution of agrotourism in the route flavors and knowledge, and the management of new routes. Agro-tourism is a type of tourism that involves resting in the countryside or living the experience, away from the city, tasting the varied gastronomy that presents a number of benefits such as personal satisfaction. To this end, it is important to recognize the lack of dissemination and tourist signage of the Sabores y Saberes Route, which has hindered its evolution, even though it has the support of FOCAZNOM and MANPANOR as key factors. The following research question: How to make the route a pioneer tourism product in agrotourism, being a guide to promote and manage new routes that help the development and evolution of the parishes contributing to their communities? Its purpose is to help the favorable development of the route. The methodological design was worked with a qualitative research and using the historical and observation method. The elaboration of a SWOT and interviews were applied, 5 questions were asked to people who are on the route, with this information we seek to analyze the evolution of the route since its creation, its process and up to the present. Finally, a technical proposal was developed, which is a guide of strategies for the promotion of tourist routes, which will help the progressive development and give a boost to the route so that it can become a pioneer in the canton of San Vicente.
Descripción : El presente proyecto de investigación está desarrollado en tres capítulos, tiene por objetivo analizar la evolución del agroturismo en la ruta sabores y saberes, y la gestión de nuevas rutas. El agroturismo es un tipo de turismo que conlleva el descanso en el campo o vivir la experiencia, alejado de la ciudad degustar de la gastronomía variada que presenta un sin número de beneficios como la satisfacción personal.
