Análisis de la calidad de servicio para la sostenibilidad de los restaurantes del cantón San Vicente-Manabí.

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis, entitled "Service Quality Analysis for the Sustainability of Restaurants in the Canton of San Vicente - Manabí," is to analyze service quality in restaurants in this geographic area and evaluate its impact on the sustainability of these establishments. The methodology used in this research includes data collection through interviews with restaurant owners, customer surveys, and direct observation. Various aspects related to service quality will be analyzed, such as customer service, speed of service, food and beverage quality, and hygiene and cleanliness. The main results obtained so far indicate that service quality plays a fundamental role in the economic profitability of restaurants, as well as in their ability to sustainably manage resources and comply with social and environmental responsibility. Furthermore, a strong correlation has been observed between service quality and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
