Abstract

This research focuses on examining the quality of hospitality as an improvement in lodging services in the San Vicente canton. The objective of this research is to analyze the quality of hospitality as an improvement in lodging services in the San Vicente canton. The methodology applied was quantitative research, using the survey technique. The population for this research was 22,025, and the representative sample was 378 people. The data were tabulated in SPSS with a reliability level of 0.703. As a result, it was found that people are willing to delve deeper into the topic of hospitality quality as an improvement in lodging services in the San Vicente canton and also in the entire tourism sector of the canton, in order to raise quality standards and achieve sustainable tourism development.
