Crianza de animales de corral para la contribución a la economía de la finca “La Privada” en la localidad Ambache, cantón San Vicente.

Abstract

This project aims to promote the breeding of backyard animals in the locality of Ambache, which represents a significant opportunity for the promotion of sustainable development and the local economy. Research is necessary to provide knowledge and improve aspects that are not managed in an ideal way. For this process, the active population of canton of San Vicente was considered relevant, where citizens between 18 and 65 years old will be the target of study. A total of 379 people were sampled, and they were asked a series of questions through surveys related to the research topic. In the analysis of the results, it was observed that the study objects have an interest in learning about poultry production, organic products, and tasting traditional dishes. Additionally, it was found that there is a limitation of knowledge about agritourism in the local farms. Therefore, a scale model of a farm for the production of backyard animals was proposed in Chapter III, which will contribute to tourism and include accommodation and gastronomy based on creole chicken and traditional dishes. On the other hand, it was concluded that the information on the topic in the area is limited. Therefore, it is recommended that institutions become more involved in this knowledge.
