El estudio se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de evaluar el nivel actual de conocimiento, las prácticas tradicionales relacionadas con la producción de chicha, e identificar las principales necesidades de capacitación de los habitantes involucrados.es
dc.description.abstractThis thesis addresses the design of a training plan aimed at revitalizing and strengthening the production of chicha, an ancient drink that represents a cultural and identity symbol in the community of Sancán. The study was carried out with the objective of evaluating the current live) of knowledge, traditional practices related to chicha production, and identifying the main training needs of the inhabitants involved. The research was based on a mixed approach, using surveys and interviews to collect information on the degree of participation, the knowledge acquired and the challenges faced in the production of chicha. The results revealed a decrease in the transmission of traditional knowledge to new generations, a lack of formal training and difficulties in large­scale commercialization. In addition, labor shortages, the disinterest of the young population, and the lack of government and financia! support were identified as main challenges. The proposed training plan includes theoretical­practical workshops that range from production techniques and the preservation of traditional recipes, to marketing strategies and the strengthening of cultural identity. It seeks not only to promote the continuity of this tradition, but also to promote the economic and social development of the community through entrepreneurship. In conclusion, the training plan offers a key too! to rescue, preserve and value chicha as cultural heritage, ensuring its legacy and contributing to the well­being of the inhabitants of Sancánes
