Abstract

This thesis addressed the Impact of Free Access to Quality Information on the Teaching Practice of the Unidad Educativa Fiscal Pedro Atanasio Balda (UEF-PAB). This topic was raised based on the relevance of information resources in educational practice and the challenges faced by teachers to access reliable and updated tools. The research focused on identifying barriers, analyzing needs and proposing viable strategies that will optimize access to and use of information in the institution. The interest in carrying out this study arose from the need to improve the technological and methodological conditions at UEF-PAB, an institution that, despite its commitment to quality education, faced significant limitations in infrastructure and teacher training. These deficiencies had repercussions on both pedagogical planning and the quality of student learning. Therefore, this work sought to provide innovative solutions that would promote a more dynamic and effective educational environment.
