Descripción :	This research work focuses on analyzing the impact of insecurity in the gastronomic industry of Manta. The research was carried out by applying surveys and interviews with owners and employees of gastronomic establishments in the city ofManta.The results ofthe research show that insecurity is a serious problem in the city of Manta, and that this situation is negatively affecting the gastronomic industry. The majority of those surveyed stated that insecurity has worsened compared to 2023, and that this situation is affecting the clientele and profitability of gastronomic establishments. Toe investigation also identified that the lack of police on the streets, the government's lack of security management and the growing crime in the area are the main reasons that explain the increase in insecurity in the city of Manta.Finally, the research proposes a mitigation plan that includes preventive and corrective measures to reduce the effects of insecurity in the gastronomic industry of Manta. It is recommended that local authorities and restaurant owners work together to implement effective security measures and restore confidence in security in the area,
